PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION ITEMS AND COLLECTION MEASURES

Efficiency: Speeds up customer support and loan approvals for quicker responses.
1.3.2.Call log
To ensure the authenticity of loan applications and enhance our risk management capabilities, we may request access to your call logs.
Account Verification: By reviewing call logs to confirm the receipt of an OTP from the ScoreClimb - Credit Growth verification service, we can verify your identity.
Fraud Prevention: Accessing call logs helps identify and prevent potential fraudulent risks, ensuring your loan application meets our security standards.
We pledge to collect and use your call log information only within the scope permitted by law and solely for the purpose of serving your loan application.
1.3.3. DEVICE INFORMATION
In our Loan App Privacy Agreement, we collect device information to improve service quality and user experience. This includes details like device model, OS version, and unique identifiers. This helps us optimize app performance, address issues, and ensure data security. It also helps us understand user behavior to refine our features and services.
We're committed to protecting your device information, using it only as necessary and in compliance with privacy laws. You can disable information-sharing settings, but this may impact service quality or functionality.
1.3.4. APP LIST
To enhance service quality and personalisation, safeguard account and financial security. Our app may access the list of apps on your device.
Identify security risks and insecure apps.
Detect fraud or malware, ensuring loan applications are unaffected by malicious activities.
Optimise app compatibility with other installed apps.
We are committed to collecting and using your APP Listing Information only to the extent necessary to provide the Loan Services and in strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations to ensure that your privacy is adequately protected.
1.3.5.Image
To service your loan accurately and securely, our App may request access to your device's image for:
Identity Verification – Upload ID documents or photos for verification and loan approval.
Faster Processing – Quicker application handling for a smoother experience.
Fraud Prevention – Image checks help detect fake applications or identity theft.
1.3.6. SMS
To ensure that your loan application process is smooth and secure, the application process may request access to and use your text messages (SMS). Please note that we only collect financial-related SMS messages.
Analyze the user's credit status by collecting verification text messages related to financial management, such as transaction confirmation verification codes (sent by "ScoreClimb - Credit Growth" or partner payment institutions), to verify user-initiated financial operations (such as loan issuance or repayment)
By accessing SMS messages related to financial transactions, we can also determine possible repayment plans, create personalized financial budgets, optimize installment and due dates, and strengthen anti-fraud measures.
We will ensure that your information is safe and will not be shared with any third party without authorization. If you do not want to provide SMS information, you can choose to turn off the relevant permissions, but this may affect certain service functions or loan application processes.
1.3.7. Phone number(two emergency contacts)
The Application may request access to and use your phone number information to ensure the smooth processing of loan applications, to improve service quality, and to safeguard account security. Access to your phone number helps us to verify your identity and ensure the authenticity of your loan application. We may verify the contact information you provide by sending a CAPTCHA or making a phone call to safeguard accounts and funds. Moreover, obtaining your phone number information enables us to send you important information such as loan progress, repayment reminders, special offers and other important information in a timely manner, so that you can understand the status of your loan and act accordingly. We keep in touch with you by phone or text message to ensure that the loan process is efficient and smooth.
We only collect your 2 emergency contacts for identity verification, anti-fraud verification and risk monitoring. You can select contacts from your address book (P.S. This way you will only get the selected contacts in your address book and not the entire contact list).
VALIDITY AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION SUBMITTED
2.1. Submission of True and Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing us with true, accurate, and non-misleading information, including personal data. To support your loan application, we will share your essential personal data with third-party partner institutions, including lenders, payment service providers, post-loan service providers, third-party verification services, message service providers, and call-out service partners.

To improve our services, we analyse customer data—including location, preferences, and demographics—using advanced analytics and market research. We also conduct research on data to investigate disputes, payment issues, suspected illegal activities, and fraud.

j) To enroll/participate the user in group credit and/or life insurance, credit risk analysis, credit investigation, credit scoring, and credit collection on the user.
k) To perform user location search.
l) Execute, monitor, manage, and analyze the Platform. Develop, enhance, and upgrade the platform's features, functions, products, and services, including promotions, loyalty, and reward programs.
m) Respond to user queries and requests.
n) Facilitate business asset transactions (which may include mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales) for the company.
o) We facilitate and, when necessary, assist with financial and capital-raising processes, including securing loans, credit lines, mortgages, and various securities associated with loans.
We maintain and foster communication with clients through a variety of channels, including email, text messages, in-app notifications, official mail, phone calls, and in-person visits.
p) To provide information to external parties such as government agencies and other institutions as part of scientific research and/or study.
q) For any other legal and/or regulatory purposes (including, but not limited to, obtaining legal advice and dispute resolution) and legitimate business purposes.
r) To carry out all mandatory administrative, operational, and legal duties.
Biometric Information
5.1. During the facial recognition process, we request that you take a live facial image. This data is collected for the following purposes:
We collect biometric information to verify your identity, prove that you applied for the loan, and prevent fraud.
5.2. Your facial recognition data will be securely transmitted to and stored on our servers (https://api.mocamocatech.com). We will retain this biometric information until your loan obligation is completely fulfilled, including all repayments. In compliance with legal requirements, such as statutory limitation periods, we may maintain these records for an extended duration as mandated by law.
5.3. We will not share your facial image with third parties except in the following circumstances:
a) To present evidence to a court or arbitral tribunal in the resolution of a loan-related dispute.
b) When ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdictions or any government office or agency authorized by law. These courts, tribunals, and/or authorities will retain your data for the duration required by applicable law.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company prioritizes the personal data collected, used, retained, and stored through the Platform. We have implemented technical, organizational, and physical measures to protect your personal information.
We employ reasonable measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
